Sanitation Fleet for a Southeast Asian Municipality

For a municipal sanitation department in a developing Southeast Asian country, we customized and supplied 28 fuel-powered sanitation vehicles covering the full category, including high-pressure washing trucks, garbage compression trucks and road sweepers, meeting the all-area cleaning needs of the local main urban district.

Given the local high-temperature, high-humidity and high-salt-spray operating environment, we upgraded the whole-body anti-corrosion and rust-proof treatment and raised the protection rating of key components to IP67. After delivery, the equipment passed the local authority's strict performance testing. In 18 consecutive months of operation, the failure rate of key components was only 2.1%, far below the procurement requirement of no more than 5%.

The project helped raise the road cleaning coverage of the main urban district from 83% to 97% and increased daily waste removal capacity by 38%, earning official written recognition from the buyer, which later placed a follow-up order for 12 additional units.
