New-Energy Sanitation Vehicles for Central Asia

For a city sanitation department in a Central Asian country, we supplied 18 new-energy compact sanitation and removal vehicles, all with lightweight design to fit the narrow-road operation needs of local townships.

For the local winter low-temperature environment of -20°C, we optimized and upgraded the vehicle battery thermal management system and added a low-temperature preheating function, ensuring battery endurance retention of no less than 90% in cold conditions. After 12 full months of operation, the core component failure rate was only 1.5%, helping raise the township waste removal coverage from 71% to 94%.

The local municipality expressed intent to renew the cooperation and plans to add 15 similar units next year.
